SmarterDM decarbonising student accommodation through all-electric heating and intelligent energy management
SmarterDM is a centralised building energy management solution designed for multi-occupancy buildings such
as student accommodation, where occupants typically have little incentive to manage energy use themselves.
At St Mark’s Court, The SmarterDM was deployed across all 85 studio apartments, integrating with Dimplex PLXE
electric panel heaters and wirelessly connected sensors that monitor temperature, humidity and occupancy.
